Join us Tuesday, March 16th from 6:00 until 8:30 as Chef John prepares delicious foods from the Italian region of Apulia. The menu for the evening includes: Zuppa Di Cozze Alla Tarantina, Torta Tarentina Di Patate, Costolette Di Agnello Ai Peperoni, Orecchiette Al Pomodoro Di Rapi, and Carteddate. Classes fill quickly, so call or stop in to register today! Each class is $39.95, and participants will receive 15% off purchases made that evening. Tuition must be paid at time of registration. If you are unable to attend the cooking class, you must cancel at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible to receive credit toward another class.
